Always feel welcome and appreciated when I come to the dealership. I always look forward to seeing my friends at Porsche of Melbourne. The level of service is exceptional from the first point of contact And continues throughout the experience. As an example, when bringing in for a recent service, I was greeted by Neil with a smile and a welcoming attitude, and a discussion about family and the holidays with a genuine sincerity. This was followed late that afternoon via phone call from the service technician, a 23-year-old Young man named Owen. Again, with a welcoming attitude, and a sincere desire to understand what issues I had with my Porsche, so he could better understand and help him determine the best approach to service the car. During this conversation, I was extremely impressed with this young man’s professional attitude, his maturity And his future expectations about life. It’s not often you find someone that young that has a well focused and balanced approach to their future. These are the kind of experiences I have had many times at Porsche of Melbourne.

David Mitchell was my sales guy and he was incredible the entire time. He was thorough, responsive and made sure I was taken care of from the moment I walked through the doors. I highly recommend him for any and all of your Porsche needs. He took his time and was focused on making sure I was happy with ny selection. He deserved my business and yours.

Overall, all their employees are always friendly, courteous and deliver 5 star services. They care about every aspect of your vehicle. Ryan my service advisor and Andy the service manager treat me with respect, friendliness and professionalism. It’s great to have this level of service for my Porsche so close to home. The entire team at Porsche Melbourne made it incredibly easy to make an out of state purchase and even met me an hour away to complete the sale. Jack and Hayley were awesome and communication throughout the process was impeccable. They were also worked with me to make the most competitive deal after searching for months. I would absolutely give them my business again in the future.

Horrible experience with Service department, absolute nightmare, seems like no one cares. Took car for flat tire 8 months ago, they had to order the tires, they said it should be ready in 3-4 days. Took 10 days, no follow up calls or nothing, no one updates you on the progress or problems. No one picks up phone at service desk. At the end, I just went to dealership and told them that I wasn’t leaving without my car, it was ready in 40 minutes. Now this is the second time, got a flat tire, took the car back late last week, was told that it will be ready in 3-4 days, cost me $1500 extra for alignment, fine, called them at the end of the day, “ someone will reach out”, 3 days passed, no response yet. Car is still at the dealership, not sure if it will be ready this week , no follow up. THEY NEVER HAVE A LOANER or at least that’s what they told me. So my question is, do they expect me to have spare car to drive around, rent a car for a week, Uber to work everyday at 5:30 am, or ask neighbors and friends for rides.?? It is so much hassle but looks like no one cares. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, I thought BMW dealership was worse but looks like there’s a tough competition. Hopefully I can get back to the ultimate driving experience they promised.

I love going to Porsche of Melbourne as it is unlike any other dealership for service I feel like family there and the service manager Andy Kinter always greets me with more than a hello. He actually makes me feel like a friend. Their service is no less than superior and they call me several times to let me know how everything is going. I always love meandering through all the beautiful cars on display as I wait. Time goes by and before you know it my car is ready. Thanks guys for a wonderful experience of car ownership like no other than at Porsche of Melbourne.

I called the Porsche dealer in Melbourne this morning to look into an oil change for my Cayenne. I asked one of the service writers what the cost would be. He put me on hold for over 10 mins and never came back (probably put out because I dared to ask how much). I called back and spoke with a young girl who was pleasant but went to check and came back saying it would $850-$900. That was no other inspection just oil and filter. Thats stupid! Do yourself a favor and don’t get ripped off. Bavarian Auto Works in Rockledge will do it for me for 200 the first of next week. Terry from Maine
